Singing Bob Marley at the Beach

This weekend Al & I played outside at Sawa in Pier Village. The weather was beautiful, friends and family hanging out while singing with my brother. I'm not sure it get better than that.

Alessandro Tatini di K-Array Comes to NY

Alessandro and Michel from K-Array paid a visit to L&M and Little Shop yesterday. They flew in two nights ago from Firenze, Italy to say hello and check out our facilities while discussing future ideas and possibilities. Alex is the owner and designer of K-Array loudspeakers. K-Array is very special, they are my first choice of loudspeaker and together we have accomplished many successful concerts and events using them. I was very honored Alex came to spend time. After a full day, here is a pic of us in Pier Village, NJ on the ocean enjoying a shellfish feast. Michel, being he's from Paris, picked the wines. What a day! Thank you

My Art Card Display @ Turning Point Restaurant

I am so honored to have my cards for sale at the Turning Point. Both the owner and I share a commitment to helping the community with fund raising and awareness. My art is 100% donated and Turning Point's commitment is as well. The charity is LADACIN. Check it out http://www.ladacin.org. Stop by the Turning Point, Pier Village to experience the best breakfast in NJ.

Little Shop Studios

Sometimes I have to remind myself how great this place really is. We are going on 8 years with providing the community a unique arts facility. Check out some recent photos.

Another Beautiful Sunday

After a successful week with The NY Philharmonic I feel especially grateful for this day. Lindsey and I enjoying brunch at The Avenue, Pier Village

Carols Cafe with Lindsey

I forgot how much I enjoy this restaurant. Carols cooking and the same great wait staff. But if you were sitting next to Lindsey..... as I. you would eat cardboard and love it. :)

Wow. The food is so good ;)

Memorial Day Weekend

So nice to spend the weekend with family and friends in Pier Village, NJ. My brother Al and I performed together at SAWA (so much fun) and the weather was beautiful.

Julia and I in Williamsburg with Kenley Collins

Yesterday travels took us to Metropolitan Ave., Brooklyn to Slapback Boutique to see the new line from Kenley Collins. Julia adores her clothes and after meeting her, her personality too. Julia is wearing a Kenley fashion in the photos.

Soo much fun.

New York Philharmonic Presents Pixar in Concert

I'm spending the week with the NYP and enjoying working on the final concert of the film series. As the live audio engineer for the orchestra I always get to work with the best talent in the world. I created the audio design for the event while L&M supplied the audio equipment. It was a specific challenge designing and providing the wireless in ear monitors for the musicians. Thank you to my friends who came to experience the show despite the fact that the had to sit close to audio mix position because every show was sold out! Congratulations to all.

Notre Dame JV Softball

Having a great time watching my daughter Julia and the team. The girls and the coaches work so hard, hopefully I captured some of it last week. (click on the pic to open)

The New York Yankees

Last Sunday's Yankees vs Red Sox. Lindsey and I went with our friends Kyle and Melissa. Kyle is a Red Sox fan and this was his first time at Yankee Stadium. The Sox lost 3-2 but the night was magical, hence Kyle singing NY, NY after the Sox lost. (35 photos)

La Luna

My daughter Julia and I took this pic the other night outside our home. The skies over NY have been so clear.

This is a must have book for Photographers

I just received this book and need to shout out my praise for the author Charles Needle. This is a must have for all types of photographers. Its contents are a motivational "how to" guide to capture images within a scene. A humble approach to an inside glimmer of perceived beauty. The inside of your individual interaction with nature. Capturing a single image that sees in slow motion, a continuous blend of color and texture while unlocking your seized moment within a frame. Bravo! and Thank you. You have inspired me to reach, touch an attain with sensitivity and respect.

To all: buy this book, because I can't lend you mine.

A Beautiful Day @ Pier Village

Walking out on the balcony watching families holding hands while taking a boardwalk stroll, smelling the fresh spring air and hearing the oceans waves.... i don't believe my words and image properly describe it.
